These Terms of Service (ToS) govern access to and use of the ForgCV service, accessible at forgcv.com, published SAS. By using ForgCV, you unconditionally accept these Terms of Service in their entirety.

ForgCV is a free CV builder.
3. Access to the Service
ForgCV is freely accessible to any user with internet access. The free plan requires no registration. The publisher reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time, without notice or compensation.
The user is responsible for their computing equipment and internet connection. ForgCV cannot be held liable for access issues related to the user's equipment or internet service provider.
4. User Account
ForgCV is a 100% free service with no registration required. The user agrees to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information upon registration.
- Keep their login credentials confidential.
- Notify ForgCV immediately of any unauthorised access to their account.
- Not create multiple accounts to circumvent free plan limitations.
5. Plans and Billing
Free Plan: Permanent free access to basic features, with no registration required. No credit card required.
Free plan: Monthly or annual subscription, paid in advance. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled.
- Prices are displayed in euros inclusive of all taxes.
- Secure payments via Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1).
- 14-day right of withdrawal for new subscriptions (European Directive 2011/83/EU).
- Pro-rata refund in case of cancellation within the first 7 days.
6. Intellectual Property
All elements of ForgCV (source code, design, templates, text, logos, trademarks) are the exclusive property of ForgCV SAS or its partners, protected by French and international intellectual property law.
Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
CV templates provided by ForgCV may be freely used by the user for personal and professional purposes.
7. User Content
The user retains ownership of all content they enter into ForgCV (text, personal information, etc.). ForgCV acquires no rights over this content.
The user agrees not to use ForgCV to create content that is:
- Illegal, fraudulent, or misleading (false qualifications, false experience).
- Infringing on third-party rights.
- Containing malware or any harmful code.
8. Limitation of Liability
ForgCV is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. ForgCV does not guarantee:
- That the service will be available without interruption (target 99.9% uptime, without obligation of result).
- That CVs created will meet the specific requirements of a particular employer or ATS system.
- That the use of the service will result in employment.
ForgCV's liability is limited to the amount paid by the user over the past 12 months.
9. Termination
The user may stop using ForgCV at any time. No termination procedure is required since no registration or subscription is necessary.
ForgCV may suspend or delete an account in the event of a breach of these Terms of Service, without notice and without refund.
10. Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms of Service are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavour to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.
